作ってみた料理「肉だんごと野菜の甘酢あん」
オレンジページを見て、「肉だんごと野菜の甘酢あん」を作ってみました。
（この記事の最後にレシピを載せておきます）
さやいんげんとねぎが無かったので、水菜とキャベツと玉ねぎで代用しました。
量を2倍にしたからか、電子レンジで加熱したのですが、肉だんごの下のほうが
生になってしまいました。そのため、フライパンで再度加熱しました。
結果は思っていたよりもおいしくて、にんじんの歯ごたえと肉だんごと玉ねぎの
甘酢の味がマッチして、すごくいい感じに仕上がりました。
P.S.
今気づいたのですが、写真をみたら、レンジに入れるときの肉だんごの置く位置を間違えていました。周りに野菜をおいて真ん中に肉だんごをおいたのですが、周りに肉だんごをおいて、真ん中に野菜を置くのが正しかったようです。そのため火が通らなかったのかもしれません。

オレンジページを見て、「豚肉とキャベツのレモンしょうゆ炒め」を作ってみました。

キャベツはレシピ通りだと多いと思いましたが、炒めると半分以下の量になるので、丁度いい量でした。醤油とコショウが食欲をそそり、レモン汁(ポッカレモン)がさわやかさを足してくれ、おいしかったです。手間もかからす簡単でした。

クレソンは無かったので省略しました。バターとにんにくがマッチして、レモン汁(ポッカレモン)がさわやかさを足してくれ、おいしかったです。ただ、肉だけだったので、もう一品野菜等で工夫が必要だと思いました。

作ってみた料理「タンドリーチキン」
オレンジページを見て、「タンドリーチキン」を作ってみました。

カレー粉が無かったので、代わりにスパイス(ターメリック、クミン、コリアンダー、ガラムマサラ、レッドチリ)を使用しました。それが良かったのか、インドっぽい香りがして、肉もやわらかくて、味もしっかりしていて、インド人顔負けのタンドリーチキンができました。レシピでは、「１時間ほどおく」となっていましたが、10分ぐらいでも大丈夫でした。とてもおいしかったのでレパートリーの一つに加えようと思います。

こんにゃくは無かったので省略し、しいたけは、しめじで代用しました。また、万能ねぎは、普通のねぎで代用しました。結果はおいしくいただけました。家族からも「おいしい」をもらいました。ただ、後味で口の中にねぎの味が残っていたので、万能ねぎが無い場合は、ねぎを省略したほうが良いと思いました。

チーズは、ピザ用チーズが無かったので、スライスチーズをちぎったもので代用しました。
結果は、チーズの塩味とトマトの酸味がアクセントになって、あっさりした味の鳥胸肉とマッチした味になっていました。

作ってみた料理「手作りカレールー」
クックパッドを見て、「手作りカレールー」を作ってみました。

スパイスを使ったカレーのほうが、市販のカレールーよりも添加物が少なくて健康によいということで、手作りカレールーを使ったカレーライスを作ってみました。
過去に何回かトライしたのですが、今回が一番それらしくなりました。
全体の材料の量を半分にし、ニンニクとショウガはくせが強すぎてにおいもするので使わずに、ウスターソースは普通のソースで代用しました。また、トマトペーストはトマトケチャップで代用しました。
ソース大さじ3、ケチャップ大さじ3を入れましたが、味が少し足りないので、コンソメも入れました。またチョコレート(ブロックチョコ3個)を隠し味に入れてみましたが、インスタントコーヒーのほうがいいかもしれません。
なお、分類が難しいので今回はランキングには載せないようにします。
