作ってみた料理「豆腐の中華風うま煮」
オレンジページを見て、「豆腐の中華風うま煮」を作ってみました。
（この記事の最後にレシピを載せておきます）
おいしかったけど、少し薄味であまりごはんが進む感じではありませんでした。あと、最後に片栗粉でとろみをつけるのですが、とろみがあまりつかなかったので、片栗粉を倍の量にしました。
レシピ通りに作った場合でも、最後に味見をして、味を微調整したほうがいいかもしれないと思いました。
